The data is derived from public Connecticut court records. It is not the official record: it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Verify anything that matters with the court.

By using the data you agree not to:

• use it to make eligibility decisions about individuals, including for credit, insurance, employment or housing;
• use it to solicit, contact or harass parties to the cases;
• try to re-identify individuals who are parties, or combine it with other data to do so;
• copy it in bulk, or work around the rate and daily limits to do so.

The service is provided as is, without warranty, and may change or stop at any time. Access can be withdrawn from clients that break these terms.
