What we log
For every tool call we record:
- the time, the tool, whether it came over REST or MCP, and the arguments;
- the
purposesentence, if one was sent; - a hash of your IP address made with a secret salt (we never store the address itself);
- whether the call came from Claude's or ChatGPT's servers, judged by matching your address against the ranges they publish, or directly from you;
- the user agent, and the MCP client's name if it sends one;
- whether the call succeeded, how many results it returned, and how long it took.
We use this to understand what people need from the data and to enforce the limits. Call records are deleted after 90 days.
Messages you send us
If you send a message, we keep what you write, plus the name and email you choose to give, so we can reply. If you request data we do not have, we keep the text you send. Like every call, these also appear in the call log until it is deleted; the copies we keep to reply are not deleted on that schedule.
People in the court records
Individuals who are parties to the cases never appear by name, and we do not publish quotes, addresses or contact details from the filings.
